My sweet love- the title of this blog entry is something that I read to you every night. In the book “You are my heart” that I read to you nightly- it says “you are my brave- when together we face new things that move us from our comfortable place….” It is so true. Brave by definition is “endure or face (unpleasant conditions or behavior) without showing fear: showing courage.” It’s a word that is very powerful and strong- and I hope that you are always brave throughout your entire life. I know you will be- you already are- a little too much, to my dismay. 🙂

When the storms of life arise- you are my constant smile.

When the joys of life happen- you are the one I want to share it with.

When brave is the only thing to be – I want to be brave alongside you.

You, my child, are my joy and I am overwhelmingly thankful for you. Yesterday brought some struggles- but guess what you did? You did your new little “fancy feet” or Gigi calls them “happy feet” dance and my did you have us all laughing! You’re quite the entertainer. 🙂

Also, during bath time, I did the “Itsy bitsy spider” and when I said “went UP the water spout…” you exclaimed “UP!” Who ever knew two small letters put together and said out of the mouth of a baby could make a grown woman’s heart soar so far? Geez.

Then, I was singing you songs- I sang “Crazy Girl” to you, and I also sang the National Anthem (I know, it’s not probably the most “normal” song to sing to most people- but you have literally been hearing the Anthem since you were in my womb- and, hey, it’s a good one to know. I want you to be an All- American girl) When I was singing- I would stop after a few lyrics and tell you to sing. You do. You REALLY get into it- it’s so cute. You scrunch up your face and bend your eyebrows and sing a note or two. I think your voice is the best music. ❤

“You are my joy beyond joy, to grow you my child. My delight, and my thankful, my adventure, my wild. You are all this and more- a gift from the start. You are my blessing and love- You are my heart.”

Momma loves you Lincoln Adele. ❤

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying the weight of shame, pain, and struggle. But there’s hope—and it starts with surrendering your story to God.

There was a time when I didn’t feel courageous at all. My life was filled with health battles, toxic relationships, and coping mechanisms that only left me feeling emptier. Every day felt heavy, and I believed I was too broken to be whole again. But then… BUT GOD.

God took my mess and turned it into a powerful message. If you’re in a place of struggle, I want you to know this: I understand, and I’m here for you.

The Courageous Woman Project is a faith-based journey designed to help you heal, grow, and strengthen your walk with God. This isn’t just another course—it’s a transformational experience written by God and facilitated by me to help you step into the courageous woman He created you to be.

You are not alone, and your story isn’t over. Join the Courageous Woman Project and let God transform your life.
